Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused if it is non consumable, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also have a valid proof of purchase. & for consumable may vary.

Timeframe: For non consumable product you have 2 days from the date of purchase to request a return & for consumable may vary.

Items Not Eligible for Return: Certain items, such as perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized or customized products, are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or text message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

If your return is rejected, we will provide an explanation for the rejection, and you may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges (if applicable)
